1 tablespoon McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 heaping teaspoon kosher salt
1 heaping teaspoon onion powder
1 heaping teaspoon parsley flakes
1 heaping teaspoon ground black pepper
4 whole carrots, scraped and sliced thin
4 whole celery sticks, sliced thin
1 7oz bag of shirataki noodles, drained/chopped
